Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Rayne, we want you to love your purchase.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, please email us at info@wearurbanrayne.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wearurbanrayne.com, and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
